The digital transformation of the real estate sector in Algeria has led to the emergence of new forms of real estate transactions based on electronic platforms, digital databases and automated land registration systems,These developments have opened wide horizons for investors by facilitating access to real estate information and accelerating procedures for transferring ownership and publicizing real estate dispositions.
However, this transformation has also been accompanied by increasing cyber risks that threaten the integrity of real estate information systems, the confidentiality of digital data, and the evidential value of electronically recorded land entries, which may negatively affect the stability of transactions and investors’ confidence in “digital real estate” as a safe investment environment
